The In 7 Days series
Learn one new thing, one chapter a day.
Short, practical guides that take you through the first seven days of something new. One chapter for each day, nothing wasted.
You get the printable seven-day checklist, and one quiet email when a new book is ready.
Why seven days
Every book in the In 7 Days series does the same thing. It takes one new skill and breaks it into seven small chapters, one for each day of a single week. You read a chapter in the morning, you do the thing that day, and you turn the page tomorrow. By the end of the week you have not just read about it, you have actually done it.
The subjects change from book to book. The shape never does. That steady format is the whole point: you always know how far you have to go, and you always know that today's step is small enough to finish. No boxed sets, no forty-hour courses, no guilt about the ninety percent you never got to.
The seven-day checklist works on its own, before any of the books exist. It is the shape of the week on one printable page.
How a week reads
The same seven steps, whatever the subject.
Begin before you feel ready
Day one is the smallest step there is. You clear the space and make the first attempt, badly, on purpose.
Learn the one rule that matters
Every skill has a single idea that carries most of the weight. Today you meet it, and nothing else.
Repeat it until it feels normal
No new ideas today. You practise yesterday's step until it stops feeling like a decision.
The day it goes wrong
Day four is the day most people stop. This chapter says in advance what breaks, why it breaks, and exactly how to turn it back.
Add the second piece
The base holds now, so you layer one thing on top. Just one, so nothing tips over.
Do it start to finish
A full run through, on your own, with the book closed. This is the day it becomes real.
Make it a habit you keep
The last chapter is about what comes after the week. A simple way to carry it forward without the book.
Start the week without the book.
The checklist is one printable page and it works on its own. The first In 7 Days title is being written; leave your address and you will hear about it once.
